Data Processing Addendum

When RangeLeads processes personal data on your behalf (for example contacts you import), we act as a processor and you act as controller. We process that data to send sequences, track events you enable, and display replies.

Subprocessors include cloud hosting, Stripe for billing, Google Analytics for the public marketing site, and Google/Microsoft when you connect those mailboxes. You instruct mailbox providers via OAuth.

This page is a summary for operators. A signed DPA is available on request for Agency customers.
